• Property Overview: Owner name, address, county, total acreage, and acres targeted for restoration.

• Conservation & Stewardship Goals: Primary objective and timeline.

• Logistics & Utilities: Access for heavy-duty trailer transit and water availability (a reliable source must be available during our operational window of March through October).

• Property Profile Checklist:

  • Satellite or aerial views of the property.

  • Photographic evidence of the "extremely heavy brush" zones.

  • Verification that no herbicides or pesticides have been applied within the grazing zone for at least 24 months.
